Microsoft To Do gains new task sorting feature with latest Windows 10 app update

The Windows 10 version of the Microsoft To Do app updated today with the new preference to have fresh tasks automatically added to the top of a list after they’re created. This change was recently added to the iOS and Android apps so it’s good to see some more consistency across versions.

\

This update also added announcements for when deleting data associated with tasks.

\

Here’s the full release notes with the details:

\

You asked, and we listened. You can now add new tasks to the top! But that’s not all, starred tasks can now move to the top too. Set your preference in settings.

\

We made a number of accessibility fixes including announcing the removal of due dates, recurring tasks and reminders.

\

Microsoft To Do is a free productivity tool made by Microsoft for managing tasks and keeping track of projects. Let us know how you use To Do in the comments below and then follow us on Pinterest and Twitter for more Microsoft app update news.
