The Microsoft To Do app has received an update for Apple’s iOS devices that adds a variety of new formatting options to the note creation and editing process for specific tasks.

Some of the new formatting options include the ability to create separate heading, subheading, and body text content in the note, a new option for adding hyperlinks to note text, and basic bold, italic, underline formatting options plus bullet and numbered lists.

If these options don’t appear for you within a task’s notes area after installing the update, quit the app and then re-open it. This should fix the problem.

Here’s the full, and short, release notes for Microsoft To Do’s Version 2.62 app update:

You can now add more context to your tasks. We have added new formatting options for your task notes.
