Microsoft thinks that their Lumia phones can help you achieve your goals

Productivity is at the core of Microsoft’s pitch for selling software. On the business side this makes sense that productivity means profits, but on the consumer side it is unclear how productivity will look attractive. Microsoft is using their Lumia brand to sell the idea of achieving personal goals over the holidays, and hopefully people will see how Microsoft’s software can help them do what they want in their personal lives.

The campaign is tied together with the #MakeItHappen and will focus on the stories of how 31 people will make their goals a reality. The first video has now been posted and talks about how one person will, make it home fo the holidays. In addition to making goals around the holidays a big tradition is to make new years resolutions. Microsoft is trying to position themselves and Lumia as the “much needed boost” toward keeping the resolution. Their page has inspiration and a way to submit your own resolution before the new year begins.
