Microsoft Teams has been on the receiving end as far as features and updates are concerned, all geared toward enhancing productivity and bridging the communication gap created especially after most organizations took up hybrid work. For instance, recently we saw that Teams users will soon be able to view the entire chat thread in search results.
On the same premise, Microsoft Teams will soon let users schedule their messages. According to the Tweet by Microsoft MVP, Michel Mendes, the feature is likely going to start rolling out towards the end of this month.
????#MicrosoftTeams new feature: Schedule send message
????Users will be able to schedule messages so that are delivered during their colleagues' work hours. The scheduled messages can be edited and delete before they are delivered.

This feature will let you come up with a message, then let you send it out at a specified time. Mendes also noted that users will be able to edit and delete these scheduled messages before they are delivered to the recipient. Perhaps Microsoft might take up a similar approach as the one we use when scheduling emails on Microsoft Outlook with this feature.
