Microsoft Store reveals Dell XPS 15 pre-orders – onmsft.com

The Dell XPS 15 has just popped up in the Microsoft Store for pre-ordering before its November 2nd release date. There are two models to choose from; one with an Intel Core i5 processor, 256GB of memory, and 8GB of RAM and another with an Intel Core i7 processor, 512GB of memory, and 16GB of RAM. The slower Core i5 model is priced at US$1,699 while the more powerful Core i7 model is selling for a slightly more expensive US$2,099.
Both Dell XPS 15s are labelled as “Signature Editions” which means that they pretty much have a pure Windows 10 operating system installed with no dodgy spyware or trial software that a lot of companies like to pre-install on their hardware before sale. Both Dell XPS 15 models also come with an impressive 4K UHD display and almost borderless screen which is being marketed as an “InfinityEdge”.
Both devices look rather impressive but are also directly competing with the recently revealed Surface Pro 4 and Surface Book. Are you tempted to pick up a Dell XPS 15? Let us know in the comments below.
