Microsoft gave everyone a sneak peak into four different Office 15 Metro-styled apps in a recent video showcasing Windows 8 on ARM (WOA). These apps include Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote. Currently in Technical Preview, an open beta is slated for later this summer.
Microsoft gave everyone a sneak peak at Office 15 in a Building Windows 8 video which showcased Windows 8 on ARM. We get to see a quick glimpse at Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote in the video. One big thing to notice is the Metro-style that these apps utilize. Compare these new screenshots to the ones we saw in build 15.0.2703.1000, there is obviously a big difference. Is this the new look for Office 15 or just a minimized look for the Ribbon UI?
Office 15 is currently in Technical Preview and a public beta version is expected later this summer.
