Having previously been acquired by Microsoft in early 2014, Parature, the customer service software maker, has gone from strength to strength, and with the latest update, this trend has only been continued.
With the latest release of Parature, along with the usual host of bug fixes and stability improvements, a number of important features have been added. The first of these is added support for 11 languages, which increases the service reach considerably.
Also included is a new engagement portal, designed to create a consistent experience for all customers, and enhanced search functions. This makes it considerably easier and quicker for agents to find the information they need, freeing their time to devote more attention to customer service. In this vein, new social engagement channels have also been added, meaning that it is now a simpler process to provide consistent service to customers across different digital spaces.
As ever, the service will also benefit from the inclusion of deeper engagement intelligence, meaning that processing data and monitoring trends on the fly is a more efficient proposition than before.
