Microsoft has released an official update for Internet Explorer 10, which comes with Windows 8. This update addresses vulnerabilities in Adobe’s Flash Player in Internet Explorer 10. This update will be downloaded and installed automatically, so don’t even sweat it!

“Today we released an update that addresses vulnerabilities in Adobe Flash Player in Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 8. The majority of customers have automatic updates enabled and will not need to take any action because the update will be downloaded and installed automatically. For those manually updating, we encourage you to apply this update as quickly as possible,” Microsoft stated in an official blog post. This update to Internet Explorer 10 fixes vulnerabilities in Adobe’s Flash Player by updating the affected Flash binaries contained within the browser.
