Microsoft has released an update for Internet Explorer 10 on Windows 8, to address vulnerabilities found in Adobe’s Flash Player. This update is available now via Windows Update and is available for Windows 8, Windows RT, and Windows Server 2012.

“Microsoft is announcing the availability of an update for Adobe Flash Player in Internet Explorer 10 on all supported editions of Windows 8, Windows Server 2012, and Windows RT. The update addresses the vulnerabilities in Adobe Flash Player by updating the affected Adobe Flash libraries contained within Internet Explorer 10,” Microsoft stated in an advisory post.

The update is available now via Windows Update and weighs a little over 15MB. For those of you with automatic updates enabled, you need not worry about installing this update. However, those who do not have automatic updates enabled, go to Windows Update and grab this patch now!
