Unlocked Lumia 830 now available online at the Microsoft Store

The unlocked Lumia 830 (read our review here) is now available online at the Microsoft Store for $499. The 5-inch Clearblack IPS LCD HD (720 x 1280) Windows Phone 8.1 device launched on AT&T in November 2014 for $99 with a two-year contract. Now, you can buy the Lumia 830 outright, no contract needed.

The Lumia 830 has a quad-core 1.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor, 1 GB RAM, 16 GB of onboard memory, 15GB of free OneDrive storage, and up to 128 GB of storage via microSD card slot. The Lumia 830 also has a back camera with 10 MP PureView auto-focus with ZEISS optics. The front-facing camera has 720p video, HD 0.9 MP wide angle lens with camera capture and video calling. The video playback comes in full 1080p HD (1920 X 1080) at 30 fps. The Lumia 830 also sports a 2200 mAh removable battery with 14.8 hours of maximum talk time.

You can pick up the Lumia 830 online at the Microsoft Store for $499 in black or white via the link below. In the US, the Lumia 830 will only work on AT&T at the moment, but check with your carrier to see if the Lumia 830 will work for you.
