Earlier today Microsoft pushed out a new release for Fast Ring Windows Insiders, bringing them up to build 17755. Well, the action is not over just yet, as the company has now announced build 17744.1004 for Windows Insiders in the Slow ring.
And one more build to close the week out! A new build for the Slow ring, 17744.1004 is now available! Details on this update in the blog: https://t.co/mfWuRQBC7m
Enjoy the new build and have a great weekend!

This again is a fairly minor release and should be showing up as cumulative update KB4462775 for those already running 17744. It primarily addresses two issues which persisted from the last release. There is one fix for where restart warnings are not displayed for user-scheduled update restart, and another fix for where Security Configuration and Analysis snap-in for Microsoft Management Console does not list System Services.
Keep in mind that KB4462775 is packaged using a new design for faster and more efficient update installs. Today’s Cumulative Update is the second for build 17744, with the first being KB4459375 from August 30th. Nice to see the updates coming in, especially after Microsoft promised Slow Ring builds would get serviced more often.
