  • Fulfill more request types

Microsoft is making notable enhancements to Microsoft Priva, focusing on strengthening its capabilities. These enhancements give organizations more powerful tools to address data protection and privacy requirements.

Microsoft Priva is a comprehensive privacy risk management solution designed to assist organizations in identifying, assessing, and mitigating privacy risks within their Microsoft 365 environment. It offers a centralized view of personal data, enables establishing and enforcing data protection policies, and automates the management of subject rights requests.

Here are the enhancements:

Deeper data viewpoints

Before, Microsoft Priva took a long time to show certain information about how data is handled. Now, it can provide important insights about data much faster, within just a few days. This helps organizations understand their data trends better and make smart decisions about data privacy.

Better integration with Compliance Manager

Microsoft Priva and Compliance Manager work together to improve overall compliance score. Compliance Manager provides insights and advice on staying compliant, now available in Microsoft Priva for easier privacy rule-following.

Fulfill more request types

Microsoft Priva simplifies managing personal data requests, including data deletion, with easy approval and summary tracking.

These solutions help organizations navigate the complex landscape of data protection and privacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and enhancing data privacy practices.
