Microsoft plans to boost user productivity by combining contacts and calendars with Revolve for Windows Phone

Microsoft is trying to reinvent how most of us work, and boost user productivity. Several notable changes have taken place since Satya Nadella took the charge of the software giant, with the company focusing more on a cloud-first, mobile-first purpose.

As per a new report, Microsoft held a private event last week where the software giant showed off a number of tools, including the recent preview release of Sway, and a productivity app for Windows Phone known as Revolve. The main aim of the app is to combine the features offered by calendar and contacts manager. The app will present users with information about people they are going to meet from a number of sources.

At the moment, we don’t have any screenshots to show off the app’s interface, or any detailed information on how the app will work, but it seems some good things are on their way to Windows Phone to boost the productivity of its users. Additionally, it’s also unknown if the app will make its way to other mobile platforms or not.
