If you’re in market for a Nokia Lumia Icon, 1020 or 1520, you’re in luck. Microsoft is providing 9 games and a voucher worth $25 which you can spend on Xbox Video movies and TV Shows. This offer is available in 39 countries and will end in June.
“Register your new Lumia and receive a unique voucher code that can be redeemed in your Window Phone Wallet app to spend on Windows Phone apps and games. This offer is for a limited time only and applies to selected Lumia models,” the Windows Phone gift voucher page states.
The games (worth $40) that Microsoft is giving away for free are
- Asphalt 7 Heat
- Assassin’s Creed: Altair’s Chronicles
- Brain Challenge
- Earthworm Jim
- Let’s Golf 2
- Modern Combat 4
- N.O.V.A. 3
- Order & Chaos
- Shark Dash
These games are also available via App Social which comes pre-installed with your Nokia Lumia devices. Here’s what you need to do to get the voucher:
- Visit the Nokia Collection in Windows Phone Store.
- Download the Gift Voucher app.
- Sign in with your Microsoft account and you’ll receive a unique voucher code.
- Tap ‘Copy and Activiate’.
- Tap ‘app bar button’ in Wallet and add Microsoft Gift Card.
- As soon the Redeem Microsoft Gift Card screen appears, select the gift card code field and paste your unique voucher code.
That’s about it. It’ll run it through a verification process and the balance will be added to your account.
