The Microsoft Minesweeper app is the latest gaming app from Microsoft to receive a minor update in the past several days. The update is available now in the Windows Store and is simply a minor update that addresses bugs and improves performance.
“Play the classic puzzle game that has been a part of Windows for more than 20 years, now re-imagined for Windows 8. Featuring adjustable difficulty, classic Minesweeper gameplay, and a brand new Adventure mode, Microsoft Minesweeper is better than ever,” the app description reads.
In this minor update, Microsoft has simply made general bug fixes and performance optimizations. Microsoft has also added the ability to reset your statistics. Just recently, Microsoft rolled out the same minor update for games like Taptiles, Microsoft Solitaire Collection, and Microsoft Mahjong apps.
