“You asked, and we listened. We’re flipping the switch on a brand new digital ad series starting today!” Microsoft stated in an official blog post. This is the company’s way to show how WP7 is faster at real stuff thats done every day on smartphones. According to Microsoft, 88% of all challenges were won by a Windows Phone. “We’ve seen a huge swell of support for “Smoked”; the videos of the challenges have been viewed over 500,000 times on YouTube; and the #1 request on the our suggestions page is to make an ad campaign featuring the challenges,” the company added.

Microsoft plans on featuring more Smoked by Windows Phone videos for the campaign and is making several videos as well as wallpapers available on its Facebook page.
