Internet Explorer 11

Recently, Microsoft unveiled their latest Windows Phone 8.1 operating system, which comes with several new features under the tow, including the highly rumored Cortana, action center and customizable lock screens. In addition, Microsoft also improved several aspects and existing apps for the latest OS, especially the browser, that is, Internet Explorer 11. The new OS version will ship with Internet Explorer 11, which brings an array of features and enhancements on board.

The latest IE11 comes with InPrivate Browsing which when turned on will prevent Internet explorer to store your browsing data, including cookies, history, temporary internet files, etc. Additionally, it comes with improvements related to Data Sense, ability to sync IE tabs across all Windows devices, a reader mode, and a bunch of new settings to play with.

The new browser will ship with Windows Phone 8.1, which might take a little while to come out for all existing Windows Phone handsets, but the good news is: it’s definitely coming to all Windows Phone devices later this year. The folks at WPCentral managed to get their hands on the latest browser. Check their hands-on to see the features in action.
