Microsoft is hosting a pre-PAX Prime open house

The Penny Arcade Expo (PAX), since its inception, has become an important event in the gaming calendar, not quite reaching the heights of E3 and Gamescom, but significant nonetheless.

Perhaps recognizing this, Microsoft has revealed on Twitter that it is to host a pre-PAX open house for attendees, where “more than 20” upcoming games for the Xbox One will be present and playable, although the specific titles have yet to be revealed

Our Pre-PAX open house at Microsoft’s campus in Redmond will have more than 20 games playable for the first time ever! 8/26 – details soon!

PAX Prime 2015 will take place between August 28th and 31st, in Seattle, Washington, and is shaping up to be pretty exciting, for gamers of any particular hardware persuasion or preference.
