Microsoft officials have today confirmed recent rumors which were suggesting that Microsoft were planning to celebrate the launch of Windows 8 and Surface RT on October 25. Today they sent out invitations asking to “Save The Date”, which is usually on most of their invitations.
The invitation invites people to come and celebrate the launch of Windows 8, and probably the Surface RT too, since both products will become available to consumers the day after. Microsoft haven’t given out much details about the event, but from the invitation we can see that it will be held in New York City on October 25.
