Microsoft celebrates Outlook.com one year anniversary, reflects on the past year

Microsoft is celebrating Outlook.com’s one year anniversary today and the company has rolled out a video reflecting upon the past year. Outlook.com comes with a refreshed interface (compared to Hotmail), as well as integration with Skype, and much more.

“One year ago today, Outlook.com came out of preview and rolled out to people worldwide. It’s been a great year. We’ve learned a lot, heard great feedback from customers and continue to work every day to deliver the most personal and productive email service. We believe more than ever that Outlook.com is the best email choice for people around the world,” Microsoft stated in an official blog post.

Microsoft is saying thank you to everyone who is using the Outlook.com email service. In fact, the company is giving away “celebration packages” today and all you have to do is head over to Twitter and use the hashtag #OutlookTurnsOne. Random participants will be selected throughout the day.

We’ve embedded the anniversary video below for your viewing pleasure. What are your favorite Outlook.com features? What would you like Microsoft to address? Sound off in the comments below.
