The Microsoft Band goes back on sale online if you signed up to be notified

The Microsoft Band goes back on sale online, pre-orders go live

Microsoft’s one and only smartband has gone in and out of stock, on and off the web more times that we can count, but the good news is that it’s back! Kinda. You can pre-order the Microsoft Band online once more, but only if you signed up.

In an email sent out to those who registered to get Microsoft Band availability notifications, Microsoft provides a link to place an online order for the device, although it seems that they will be limited in stock as Microsoft only allows for one device to be ordered per customer. If you did not sign up for availability notifications, you are not able to purchase a Microsoft Band at this time.

Also, the Band is still limited to US residents only, so the rest of the world will still have to obtain it through other, likely more expensive, channels. All sizes of the Band are currently available for pre-order for $199 and the first shipments will go out mid-March. Let us know in the poll below if you plan of getting the Band when it becomes available.
