Microsoft introduced the Band 2 in November 2015, and is already available in several markets across the globe. If you’re based in Australia, you’ll be able to grab the Microsoft Band 2 through the company’s online store for A$379.99. Previously, the wearable device was only available through company’s flagship store in Sydney. The online store didn’t sell the Band 2 citing limited stock as the reason.
Nonetheless, customers interested in it can pick it up from Microsoft Online store and get it delivered to their doorsteps. The Band 2 is available in three strap sizes: small, medium and large.
It’s more of a fitness tracking device allowing users to track a number of health related metrics such as heart rate, calorie count and more. Users can also get email, calendar, call and text alerts on-the-go. The best thing about the wearable is that it works with other mobile platforms, including Android and iPhone, as well.
Thanks Michael for the tip!!
