Earlier this week, we saw Microsoft Advertising introduce five additional ad products and updates to its suite of tools in a bid to assist advertisers to optimize their campaigns. And today, they have just launched a newly redesigned Smart Campaigns experience with a new Multi-platform feature in the United States, which is designed to help small and medium businesses (SMBs) build their online presence as well as a strong client base. This feature will help SMBs save on time and cost, not forgetting that it is easy to use thus promoting efficiency and reliability.

With the new Smart Campaigns, SMBs will be able to focus on running their operations and enhancing profitability as they are simple yet effective, especially for businesses that are just starting out and want to tap into the digital space.

What’s more, it also helps SMBs identify their target market. SMBs will also have access to Microsoft Advertising’s support team through the chat experience across the site to get them started with their campaigns and accord them any kind of assistance that they might need. Microsoft Advertising has also incorporated artificial intelligence into the new Smart Campaigns experience to help businesses optimize their campaigns in an attempt to help them achieve set goals and simultaneously minimize the cost of operation.

The Smart Campaigns also comes with a new feature, Multi-platform. Previously, it was quite tedious for businesses to run their advertisements across multiple platforms. Multi-platform will help you reach a wider audience as you can now optimize ampaigns across multiple digital channels, that is, Google, Facebook, and Instagram directly from Microsoft Advertising for free. And finally on top of this, with Microsoft AI, SMBs will be able to optimize their budget thus enabling them to achieve “the best performance” across all these platforms.

You can sign up for Microsoft Advertising if you haven’t already to get to enjoy all these features. Share your thoughts and experiences with Microsoft Advertising below.
