Microsoft’s Corporate Vice President Joe Belfiore just took the stage during the BUILD developers conference in San Francisco, where he is discussing the Windows Phone 8.1 update. Belfiore announced two new mobile partners – Micromax, leading Indian mobile maker and Prestigio to the company’s list of growing Windows Phone partners.
