Micromax Canvas Win W121 now available on sale through Flipkart and Snapdeal

Our readers from India can now acquire a Windows Phone that doesn’t have the Lumia logo at the back. The Micromax Canvas Win W121, which was announced a few weeks ago, is now finally ready to ship in the country. The handset is available through Flipkart, and Snapdeal e-retail shops at a price around Rs 9,500.

For a refresh, the dual-SIM capable Micromax Canvas Win W121 sports a 5-inch display with 720P screen resolution. It is powered by a Qualcomm MSM8212 Snapdragon 200, and comes coupled with a gig of RAM and 8 GB of internal storage. The cell shutterbugs will appreciate the 8MP rear shooter, and 2MP camera that it boasts upfront. It runs Windows Phone 8.1 out of the box.

What do we think of it? At the price of sub-Rs 9,500, the handset does seem like a sweet deal. At this price point, the other Windows Phones you can grab includes the Lumia 520, the Lumia 530, the Lumia 525, and the Lumia 630.

So would you trade Nokia’s reliable build quality and Lumia exclusive features for the Micromax Canvas Win W121? We will leave that to you to figure. You might also be interested in checking Xolo’s Windows Phone (though, we can’t give you a guarantee that Flipkart will ship you the right handset) before arriving at a decision. You can check the listing from the via links below.
