Lumia 950 sold out at Microsoft Store in Germany, no word if it will be coming back.

This past week, news broke that Microsoft was looking to “end sales” of Lumia phones in December. Microsoft has already ended production of the Lumia 950 XL in the UK, and has been clearing stock further added to the rumor mill of the death of Lumia. To perhaps further churn the rumor mill, the German Windows site WindowsArea.de has learned that the Microsoft Lumia 950 is now sold out in Microsoft Store Germany, with no word on when they will be coming back.

As has been the theme throughout the world, The Lumia 950 was already on sale at the Microsoft Store Germany for a price of 299 euros. To confirm that the device was truly out of stock, however, WindowsArea.de phoned Microsoft Store Support. After the call, they learned that the product is truly out of stock, and more information was not available.

According to a rough translation of their original posting, this could also be the results of the fact that Microsoft sells the device for less compared to other retailers in Germany.  In neighboring Austria, meanwhile, the 950 is still available, but with a delivery date of November 27th, perhaps suggesting that there are no more Lumia 950 devices left in stock in Austria as well.

What do you think of the fact that the Lumia 950 is sold out at Microsoft Store in Germany? Do you take it as a sign for the death of Lumia? Let us know what you think and sound off to us in the comments below!
