Microsoft is reportedly working on a mid-range Windows Phone handset which will come with the impressive PureView camera on board. We’ve seen the Lumia 830, codenamed Tesla, posing for the camera in the past as well. Recently, some images made their way on to the internet — via Weibo — showing the device from all possible angles. The device looks quite similar to the one we spotted a few weeks back, with a big camera module on the back.

Earlier this week, we also saw report suggesting what the handset could offer when it will launch in the coming weeks. As per previous rumors, the purported Lumia 830 will rock a 4.5-inch display sporting a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels, with a 20.7 megapixel PureView camera.

\

The alleged Lumia 830 is also expected to feature a microSD card slot for expansion, as well as Windows Phone 8.1 Update 1 as its operating system out of the box. The images also reveal the dedicated camera keys on the side of the device, along with the volume and power button. Additionally, the device apparently feature capacitive navigation keys as well. A grain of salt is required as these images could be fake since Microsoft has not officially announced the handset yet.

The device is also rumored to launch in the US on AT&T, and possibly Verizon as well. There’s no word from Microsoft about the handset, but the company has scheduled an event on September 4th in Berlin. The company is rumored to launch a camera-centric device at the event, possibly the selfie capable Lumia  730 as well as the Lumia 830. Stay tuned, we’ll update you as soon as more information comes up. In the meantime, take a look at the remaining images below and share your thoughts.
