Microsoft’s Lumia 830 is coming to the US via AT&T, but the carrier has not shared any exact details about its availability, or the price. Previous rumors do suggest that Lumia 830 will hit retail in the first week of November, but there’s no official confirmation to it as we speak.
If you’re residing in the US, and can’t wait for AT&T to officially kick things off, Expansys USA is selling the Lumia 830 in unlocked flavors for $449.99. The retailer’s product listing shows all four colors: orange, black, green and white. The price appears to be a little higher, but it’s rather obvious as imported items cost a little higher.
Here’s a summary of what it offers:
- 5-inch 720p display
- Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 processor clocked at 1.2GHz
- 1GB of RAM
- 16GB of expandable storage
- 10MP PureView camera
- 0.9MP front-facing camera
- 2,200 mAh battery
- Windows Phone 8.1 (with Lumia Denim)
The device should work in the US, but there’s no confirmation if it supports local LTE bands. Even the product page on Expansys doesn’t list anything about the supported bands, so make sure you get in touch with the retailer if you’re thinking about picking up a unit.
