Microsoft has launched the Lumia 535 in several Asian markets this month. It’s unlikely if the handset will launch in the US, but users may be able to get the handset through unofficial channels who import the handset. If you’re based in the US, and want to get your hands on the Microsoft-branded Lumia 535, you be glad to find out Expansys USA is selling the handset in an array of colors for $169.99.

Lumia 535 rocks a 5-inch display boasting a resolution of 960 by 540 pixels, a quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 SoC paired with 1GB of RAM and 8GB of internal storage which also supports a microSD card of up to 128GB. Other features include a 5MP rear shooter for photos and videos, a 5MP front-facing camera, 1,905 mAh battery and runs Windows Phone 8.1 with Lumia Denim as its operating system.

The handset is also expected to launch in the UK as well as other developer Asian markets as well. We’ll update you as soon as the handset goes up for sale in any other market. We’re also planning on having a hands-on review of the device, so stay tuned!
