After being in limbo for several months, the upcoming, and several times delayed, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga video game has been given the new release window of spring 2022. While there’s still no specific release date for the game, it is a good sign that it’s once again on track to get a release in the near future.

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga was first announced back in 2019. In early 2020, it was given an October 2020 release date but this was soon changed to a spring 2021 release window due to delays caused by the pandemic and new plans to optimize the title for the newly released video game consoles such as Microsoft’s Xbox Series X.

In April 2021, LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga was again delayed, this time with no new release date or window given.

LEGO Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga is a brand new LEGO video game revolving around characters, locations, and storylines from all nine episodes of the main Star Wars film series. The Microsoft Store listing for the Xbox version of the game is live and it appears that the one version will be released for both Xbox One and Xbox Series X consoles with 4K and 60 FPS support coming to the latter console.
