While it may take some time for Microsoft to get around to enabling certain builds of Windows 10 on its flagship Surface line of devices, the company has been pretty routine about dishing out firmware updates to its hardware.

Today, Microsoft rolled out a couple of healthy-sized firmware update to its Surface Laptop 3 and Surface Book 2 devices that address USB Type-C connectivity issues as well as several graphics and audio improvements.

Microsoft’s list of firmware improvements is specific to the AMD-based Surface Laptop 3 variants and Surface Book 2 devices running the May 2019 Update version 1903, or greater.

To apply these updates, users with specified configurations can head to their settings menu to initiate the download. Microsoft does note that the updates are rolling out and may not be immediately present at the moment for some devices.
