Kinect Sports Rivals for Xbox One launches today in 1080p HD, utilizes Kinect sensor and Xbox Live

Kinect Sports Rivals is a sports game that features bowling, racing, soccer, target shooting, tennis, and more. Best of all, Kinect Sports Rivals utilizes Kinect to scan your face and create a digital representation of you, to compete in these mini-games. Microsoft has launched this game for the Xbox One today.

Kinect Sports Rivals is the first Xbox One title to take full advantage of the Kinect sensor and Xbox Live, along with being beautifully rendered in 1080p HD. The game has launched today in North America, Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand, with a release date of April 11th in Europe. 

“After you get your copy of Kinect Sports Rivals, make sure to download the companion app, Kinect Sports Rivals Hub, from Xbox Live to get the full experience. With the Kinect Sports Rivals Hub, you can share images of your Champion, compete in unique challenges, and climb the leaderboards to prove yourself as the Elite Champion. You can also boost your league standing by taking part in frequent Rivals League Challenges as you pick up more and more Fans on the road to glory,” Microsoft explained in an official blog post.
