Killer Instinct, a fighting game that was previously published by Midway and Nintendo, and came to Microsoft Studios in 2013, is making its way to Steam, the major PC gaming platform.
In a tweet on the official Killer Instinct Twitter account, it said the game will be coming to Steam “later this year”:
That's right, KI is coming to Steam later this year! Thanks to @CEOJebailey for helping us break the news. More details to follow.

There’s no additional info just yet, but there is a promise of more information becoming available shortly. As with the title on Xbox and Windows 10, it is likely to be free-to-play, with the optional character purchases, or the option to purchase the whole lot.
