Microsoft has just announced that six more games will be added to Xbox Game Pass this month, with two of them coming just to the Xbox One catalog, two others exclusively on Windows 10 , and the last two coming to both Xbox Game Pass for PC and Console. Following the launch of Xbox Game Pass for PC (also included for free in the new Xbox Game Pass Ultimate tier), Microsoft now has two separate catalags for Xbox Game Pass for PC and console, but both of them receive new games every month.
Starting tomorrow, July 17, the PC game Night Call will join Xbox Game Pass for PC (and Xbox Game Pass Ultimate). It will be followed by Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain on Xbox One on July 18, as well as The Banner Saga 3 on both Xbox One and PC. As a reminder, The Banner Saga 1 and 2 are already available on both Xbox Game Pass for Console and PC, so the full trilogy will soon be available on both catalogs.
Next week on July 25, the tactical RPG For the King will join Xbox Game Pass for PC (the game is already available on Xbox Game Pass for Console). On the same day, Resident Evil 4 will also come to Xbox Game Pass for Console, and the Xbox Play Anywhere game Killer Instinct: Definitive Edition will also become available on both Xbox One and Windows 10. This one is one of the few Xbox Game Studios titles that has yet to join Xbox Game Pass, along with Forza Motorsport 7 and Minecraft for Windows 10.
If you have yet to subscribe to Xbox Game Pass, you can currently get one month of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for just $1, or 3 months for the price of one ($14.99). Existing subscribers can also extend their subscription by purchasing three months of Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for $24.99 instead of $44.99 (44% off). You really can’t go wrong with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate as it includes Xbox Game Pass for Console, Xbox Game Pass for PC, as well as Xbox Live Gold in one single subscription.
