Reports from Taiwan suggest NVIDIA is preparing a major presence at COMPUTEX 2026, with CEO Jensen Huang expected to deliver a keynote just ahead of the event, while industry chatter points to new laptop-focused silicon announcements.
According to local media, NVIDIA has already secured the Taipei International Convention Center from June 1 to June 4, which signals a large-scale setup for meetings and product showcases, while Huang is also rumored to speak at the Taipei Music Center on the eve of COMPUTEX.
“Industry sources indicate that Nvidia will not only have a booth at the Nangang Exhibition Center, but has also made significant preparations in advance at the Taipei International Convention Center (TICC), booking out four consecutive days from June 1st to 4th as its core base for business negotiations and media exhibitions.” – CTEE
COMPUTEX keynote lineup still incomplete
So far, NVIDIA has not appeared on the official keynote list, even as organizers have confirmed appearances from Qualcomm CEO Cristiano Amon, Marvell CEO Matt Murphy, and Intel CEO Lip-Bu Tan, while the official keynote page continues to display a “Coming Soon” placeholder for additional speakers.
Focus Taiwan previously reported that Huang plans to attend the event and deliver a keynote with “a lot of announcements,” which aligns with the scale of preparations now being reported in Taipei.
Attention now turns to what NVIDIA may unveil, with the long-rumored N1 series laptop SoC emerging as a key candidate, especially as the company continues working with partners like Dell and Lenovo on devices powered by Blackwell-based GB10 Superchip variants.
A COMPUTEX keynote gives NVIDIA a clear stage to introduce N1 or N1X to the broader PC market, and that move would push the company deeper into laptop silicon and the Windows on Arm space, where competition continues to intensify.
For now, the keynote remains unconfirmed, but the scale of bookings and Huang’s earlier comments point to a significant NVIDIA moment at COMPUTEX 2026.
