Fitness bands are a product that’s becoming more and more popular in the recent years. Whether it be the FitBit breaking out onto the scene or the Band 2 making its more recent waves, fitness bands have always held the attractive value of being a gadget that can keep you on the right track to good health. One competitor to these is the stylish Jawbone UP, a fitness band that prides itself on combining beauty with functionality.

If you’re a diehard Windows fan who happens to have been interested in these fitness bands, then you’re in luck! A dedicated Windows Phone app is now available in the Microsoft store. The app features a personal smart coach that learns and grows with you, as well as the ability to track your workouts, sleep, and compare your stats with your friends.
But there’s one problem. The app does not currently support UP fitness trackers and requires you to use a Windows Phone device with Sensor Core technology instead. Bummer. Here’s what the app description states:
“The UP App for Windows currently doesn’t support UP fitness trackers, but will support compatible devices and UP bands in the future. It is recommended to use a Windows device with Sensor Core technology to take advantage of the step tracking features in UP.”
Grab the app from the download link below.
