If you’re interested in doing a clean install of the latest Windows 10 preview builds, Microsoft has just released ISOs for Windows 10 20H1 build 18970 and 19H2 build 18363.327. In the announcement, Brandon LeBlanc from the Windows Insider team emphasized that the 19H2 build is mistakenly labeled as “Slow,” and Microsoft is currently working on changing this to “Release Preview.”
Hey #WindowsInsiders, we have released the ISOs for 20H1 Build 18970 and 19H2 Build 18363.327 today. Please note: Build 18363 is incorrectly labeled as "Slow" – we are fixing to say Release Preview. Also note: THIS IS NOT THE FINAL 19H2 BUILD. It's not done.

Moreover, LeBlanc made it clear that the 19H2 Build 18363.327 isn’t “final”, and more updates are in the pipeline. This update coming later this Fall to all users running the May 2019 Update had an unusual testing process, with Microsoft A/B testing new features with both Slow Ring and Release Preview Insiders. The end result should be a minor update with a couple new features for consumers, such as the ability to choose another digital assistant that can be accessed from the Windows 10 Lock Screen.
As usual, you can download these fresh new ISOs from the Windows Insider Preview Downloads page. If the 19H2 build 18363.267 should be pretty safe to install, make sure to check the known issues for the 20H1 build 18970 before proceeding.
