Today Tribold announced the latest release of the market leading Enterprise Product Management software solution: Tribold EPM Version 5™.

Through direct links to key customer experience management (CEM) processes this release, the fifth generation of Tribold EPM, drives further business value for the CSPs that currently manage over US$43b of products and services on the Tribold platform. By leveraging the latest capabilities in Tribold EPM V5, the increasing number of CSPs using Tribold to manage their product portfolios can dramatically enhance the customer experience.

Tribold EPM V5 new features bring a rich set of new EPM capabilities in the following key areas:

Product Business Intelligence

Access key insights into how products are performing in the market down to the product capability level
Match product performance against target business case metrics by linking cost centre data with profit centre data
Dynamically update the product and physically launch into the market in direct response to competitor changes.
Configurable Workflow

Tailor the PLM process to the enterprise’s needs through configurable workflow, e.g. multi approval framework
Extend PLM into the broader enterprise business process through call-outs to external human workflow systems
Visually build and track workflows.
Change Management

Batch release product changes based on projects, marketing programs/promotions or IT release cycles
Manage and coordinate changes across multiple product structures
Test the downstream impacts of product changes prior to production release.
Order Capture

Standardize compatibility and eligibility rules using the relationship and dependencies framework
Support order-time product decisions through the configurable attribute model
Consolidate display metaphors for User Interface product attributes.
Catherine Michel, Tribold CTO and co-founder hailed the new release as years ahead of other EPM solutions: “Tribold’s mission remains to help CSPs achieve the highest possible commercial value out of their product portfolios. By providing product management capabilities that critically underpin the customer experience, Tribold EPM V5 continues to do just that “

Michel concluded: “We are very proud of our market leading status in the Enterprise Product Management space and continue to invest critical R&D to make sure our customers get the benefits they want and need from EPM.”
