Sales teams now have the ability to track career movements using LinkedIn Sales navigator as well as share sales records with Microsoft Teams without leaving Dynamics 365 Sales.
Customer service is also getting nod with access to Teams chat directly from Dynamics 365 Marketing. This means users don’t have to leave the platform keeping them in their flow as they collaborate with stakeholders and members of their team providing a smooth and seamless experience.

A feature worth mentioning is the ability for businesses to adjust and change order paths based on recommendations given by the system in order to achieve optimal efficiencies for stock levels and cash flow.
