Microsoft has been building tight integrations between platforms on their road to providing a comprehensive business solution. Teams is at the core of collaboration and it provides first class integration with most Microsoft 365 offerings. Now that goodness is coming to Microsoft Dynamics 365. There are huge productivity and collaborative improvements coming to many areas of the platform.

Sales teams now have the ability to track career movements using LinkedIn Sales navigator as well as share sales records with Microsoft Teams without leaving Dynamics 365 Sales.

Customer service is also getting nod with access to Teams chat directly from Dynamics 365 Marketing. This means users don’t have to leave the platform keeping them in their flow as they collaborate with stakeholders and members of their team providing a smooth and seamless experience.

Now users will also be able to self service and interact with Dynamics 365 Human Resources directly from Teams. This feature means users will be able to take care of many Human Resource related questions on their own freeing valuable time for the Human Resources team and managers.

Another exciting feature coming to the platform is Dynamics 365 Intelligent Order Management, this new configurable artificial intelligence (AI)-powered software-as-a-service (SaaS) application is designed to help customers scale their order management process maintaining compatibility with legacy enterprise resource planning systems. A feature worth mentioning is the ability for businesses to adjust and change order paths based on recommendations given by the system in order to achieve optimal efficiencies for stock levels and cash flow.
