Microsoft announced on Thursday that the company plans on making the Hulu Plus service available on the Xbox platform on April 29. Along with the announcement comes a special promotion and Kinect support!

Xbox Live users waiting for Hulu to hit the console wont have to wait longer as Microsoft will offer the service beginning April 29th. To top it off, you can get the service for free for an entire week. The regular price for the Hulu Plus service is 7.99$ a month.

The promotion will be available to both Xbox Live Silver members and Xbox Live Gold members. Apparently, only Gold members can subscribe on a monthly basis once this promotion ends.

Once you get Hulu Plus on your Xbox, you will also have Kinect support. Now you can speak and wave your way though media content with ease.
