Sprint recently announced the availability of the carrier’s very first Windows Phone 8 device, the HTC 8XT. This new Windows Phone 8 device is now available for purchase for those of you on Sprint eagerly waiting to get your hands on Microsoft’s Windows Phone platform.
“The HTC 8XT is visually stunning and sonically brilliant. With dual front-facing stereo speakers, built-in amp, Beats Audio and HTC BoomSound, you’ll experience studio quality sound the way the artist intended. The 8XT integrates the Microsoft suite of services and corporate security features you rely on every day. In or out of the office, your team will remain connected and productive,” Sprint stated on its website.
The HTC 8XT is available for $99.99, after a $50 rebate and two-year contract. For those that don’t know, the HTC 8XT features dual front-facing stereo speakers with a dedicated amplifier, an 8-megapixel main camera with auto-focus and LED flash, and a front-facing 1.6-megapixel camera.
