The “highest rated PC racing franchise of 2014” is making its way to consoles including the Xbox One. Assestto Corsa is an extremely realistic racing game that has a high emphasis on “physics realism” and accuracy. Assetto Corsa’s page announcing the upcoming console release includes game details and striking game footage within a teaser.

\

The PC version of Assetto Corsa is currently available on Steam. 505 Games and Kunos Simulazioni have teamed up to bring a version of the game to consoles which will be available in 2016. The game will make its E3 debut this year showing off its PC version. Below is stunning game footage in the PS4/Xbox One Launch teaser.

\

The game features over one hundred cars including vehicles from Ferrari, McLaren, Lamborghini, Lotus, and more.

\

You can personalize your driving experience including handling, driver attributes, and collision damage to provide a more natural mode of gameplay.

\

The realism in the game comes from “laser measured maps” and the work of Kunos Simulazioni which as explained by the page announcing the console release “is a development studio specializing in the creation of business simulators for the most influential Italian automotive companies – including Ferrari.”

\

A high amount of precision has gone into making Assetto Corsa and it shows in the game footage. It’ll be exciting to see it make its way to the Xbox One and other consoles.
