Here’s The Changelog For That Surface Pro 3 Firmware Update – onmsft.com

Earlier today, we reported that a new firmware update titled ““Surface Pro UEFI (3.11.2050.0)” was currently rolling out to Surface Pro 3 owners, but the company had yet to publish an official changelog. Well, you no longer have to wait before installing  this new update as the full release notes are finally available on Microsoft’s website (via Neowin).

According to the company, the new firmware should bring security, reliability and performance improvements to the nearly three-years old devices, though be aware that the update is only rolling out to Surface Pro 3 tablets running Windows 10. Here is the full changelog:

Intel Corporation – Display – 20.19.15.4568

Intel(R) HD Graphics Family

  • 20.19.15.4568 improves Miracast and docked video performance.

Intel(R) Display Audio

  • 6.16.00.3197 improves Miracast and docked video performance.

Microsoft – System Firmware update

Surface Pro UEFI

  • 3.11.2050.0 improves system performance for the latest Windows versions.
