Tips and ticks for the best use of Microsoft’s Hyperlapse app

Here are some tips for the Microsoft Hyperlapse app along videos from others

Microsoft Hyperlapse Mobile is an app for Windows phone that stabilizes and speeds up your video recording to create smooth time lapses of moments, places, and destinations you want to remember or share with friends and family. It’s a very interesting app, and one that could be useful both for personal and business environments. The folks over at Lumia Conversations have gathered a collection of tips and tricks for getting the most out of your Hyperlapse experience.

  • Depending on the length of your video, you can adjust the speed, so your video doesn’t feel too long or too short. You can either have you Hyperlapse at normal speed or double the speed up to 32x speed
  • Try not to jerk or move too much when filming your Hyperlapse. Although the app tried to remove the wobbly camera, you get better results the more still you are.
  • Don’t be afraid to share your Hyperlapse videos with the world. Just about everyone loves them.
  • If you’d like to create a Hyperlapse on your PC, you can try a preview of the Microsoft Hyperlapse Pro.

Check out some of these videos submitted by Hyperlapse users. Feel free to share some of your captures or a friend’s in the comments below!
