Earlier this week, an announcement was made on Halo Waypoint in regards to the Tactical Ops event, which is set to take place within a span of two weeks The event is set to begin on March 8, and end on March 22 at 10 am PT.

For the newbies that are not conversant with the event, it mainly comprises of challenges that call for your precision and speed to successfully complete it. Gamers will have the chance to experience classical Tactical gameplay, that is, no shields, no grenades, no radar, and BRs. Aside from that, they will also be including a few extra mode variants to spice things up.

  • Tactical Slayer
  • Tactical Slayer Commandos
  • Tactical Slayer Sidekicks
  • Tactical Slayer Stalker Rifles
  • Tactical Slayer Manglers

With that said, during the first-week attendees should expect a Tactical Slayer experience that features BR Mangler and Sidekick. Then, Commando and Stalker Rifles will be included in the playlist during the second week.
