Killer Instinct Season 2 Ultra Edition is now available to download for free for Xbox Live Gold subscribers as part of the long-running Games With Gold promotional campaign. The bundle unlocks all nine Season 2 characters which, once downloaded, will be able to be used in the main Killer Instinct Xbox One video game such as local and online matches, Shadow Lab, and the new Shadow Lords story mode.

Also available for free today is Rayman Origins on Xbox 360 which is also playable on Xbox One console thanks to the backwards compatibility feature introduced last year. World of Van Helsing: Deathtrap is still available to download for free after being made a Games With Gold title two weeks ago.

Have you played any of these free (for Gold members) Xbox video games? Let us know which ones you recommend in the comments below.
