Xbox One owners can get a cool deal on EA Access subscriptions this week. For a limited time, EA is offering one month of EA Access for just 99 cents instead of $4.99, and for that price, you’ll be able to play more than 80 EA games for free including Star Wars Battlefront 2, FIFA 20, or Battlefield 5.

EA Access was the first game subscription service to launch on Xbox One consoles back in 2014, three years before Microsoft launched its own Xbox Game Pass alternative. EA Access went to launch on PlayStation 4 last year, and it’s also coming to Steam very soon.

EA Access is much cheaper than Xbox Game Pass at just $4.99 a month, or $29.99 a year, though subscribers usually need to wait six months or more before new EA games join the catalog. Microsoft does it differently with Xbox Game Studio titles, which are now available on Xbox Game Pass on day one.

Still, EA Access remains a really good deal if you’re a fan of EA’s game franchise. The service also offers 10% off on EA digital purchases from the Xbox Store, as well as 10-hours “Play First” trials for upcoming games.

While there’s no E3 2020 this year, EA will hold an “EA Play Live” digital event tomorrow at 4PM PT. The company is expected to reveal more details about Star Wars: Squadrons, its new space combat simulation game that will ship on Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and Windows on October 2, 2020.
