Another month, another set of discounts and freebies are being offered to Xbox Live Gold members that include Backward Compatibility-enabled titles. For the month of July, Xbox Live members can look forward to getting their hands on:

The Banner Saga 2 ($19.99 ERP) for free during the month of July. Tumblestone ($19.99 ERP) will be available as a free download from July 16th to August 15th for the Xbox One.

As for Xbox 360 owners, many can kick off their 4th of July holiday, starting Friday, July 1 with Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six Vegas 2 ($19.99 ERP), which will be free for Xbox Live Gold members through July 15th. Then on July 16th, Xbox Live Gold Members can download TRON: Evolution ($14.99 ERP) for free through July 31st.

To become an Xbox Live Gold member, interested parties can either visit Xbox.com, the Settings Menu on their console, or use the Windows Store on a Windows 10 device. The annual price for an Xbox Live Gold membership sits roughly at $47.99 for 12 months, but there are several other places to find discounts on the membership. (Author’s note: I’ve been using Bing Rewards as a way to pay for my yearly subscription to Xbox Live Gold, a simple funneling of money from Microsoft back to Microsoft,)
