Games with Gold and Deals with Gold for Xbox One are now available

Late last month, we learned that Xbox One owners who have the illustrious Xbox Live Gold subscription can snag three games at a heavy discount during the month of June. That time has now come and if you have a Gold subscription, along with an Xbox One, its time to download!

“Good news for Xbox Live Gold members: Games with Gold and Deals with Gold for Xbox One are now available. As detailed last month, Max: The Curse of Brotherhood and Halo: Spartan Assault can be downloaded from the Xbox Games store for free with your Xbox Live Gold membership,” Microsoft stated in an official blog post.

Not only can you snag Max The Curse of Brotherhood and Halo Spartan Assault for free, you can also snag Crimson Dragon for 50% off. Typically priced at $14.99, Max: The Curse of Brotherhood is a game about the character Max who is on a mission to save his brother. The other title for this month is Halo: Spartan Assault, which usually costs $9.99. The timeline of the game is set between the events of Halo 3 and Halo 4. In Crimson Dragon, control your dragon and fight off the violent enemy life forms. You can also teach your dragon new skills and train it to face combat in harder missions.

“When the June system update is rolled out soon, you’ll find a new hub in Xbox One for exploring all of the great benefits available to Xbox Live Gold members, including Games with Gold and Deals with Gold. We’ll update you when the system update becomes available,” Microsoft adds.

If you own an Xbox 360, fear not, you too will receive some Games with Gold love. Head over here to check it out.
