Forza Motorsport 6 announced as Xbox One-exclusive, features all new Ford GT

\

Today, Microsoft and Turn 10 Studios announced the Xbox One-exclusive Forza Motorsport 6 at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit. This official Forza Motorsport 6 announcement came just as Ford made a grand announcement of its own, the all-new Ford GT.

\

The Ford GT will be the showcase car for Forza Motorsport 6, along with two other cars in Ford’s performance lineup; the Shelby GT350 Mustang, and the F-150 Raptor. Dan Greenawalt, the creative director at Turn 10 Studios, had this to say about Forzaa Motorsport 6:

\

\

Just as Ford has pushed the boundaries of car technology in GT, Forza Motorsport 6 will embrace that spirit of innovation as our most technically advanced racing simulation to date, offering a fun and realistic automotive experience for both car lovers and gamers. We’re excited to unveil gameplay at E3 in June.

\

2015 marks the ten-year anniversary of the Forza Motorsport series. Hopefully, Forza Motorsport 6 will bring even more features and surprises to come. In June, Turn 10 Studios plans to showcase Forza Motorsport 6 gameplay. I cannot wait to see what more is offered in Forza Motorsport 6!
